Abstract | An exploratory group-treatment program using stress-management and interpersonal-skills training was developed to reduce job-interview stress and provide relevant skills to welfare-rehabilitation clients. Results yielded a significant relative superiority in interview assertiveness for treatment clients; however, no differential decrease in interview anxiety was found. (Author) |
